1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or utilizing our repair and maintenance services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Authorization

By submitting a service request or dropping off a vehicle, you authorize Turbo Truck Tire & Alignment to perform the requested work along with any necessary diagnostics. You grant us permission to operate the vehicle on streets, highways, or elsewhere for testing and inspection purposes.

3. Estimates and Payment

• Estimates: We will provide an estimate for repairs. Unforeseen issues may arise during the repair process; we will contact you for approval if costs significantly exceed the initial estimate.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior credit arrangements have been made (e.g., Fleet Accounts).
• Liens: We reserve the right to assert a mechanic's lien on any vehicle for which payment has not been received, in accordance with Ontario law.

4. Warranty

• Labor: We offer a standard warranty on our labor for a specific period or mileage, whichever comes first, as stated on your invoice.
• Parts: Parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. We do not offer additional warranties on parts unless explicitly stated.

5. User Accounts (Fleet Portal)

• Registration: To access fleet management features, you must register for an account using accurate business information.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Turbo Truck Tire & Alignment shall not be liable for loss or damage to the vehicle or its contents in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control. We are not responsible for articles left in vehicles.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
